An experienced technician will check all of the zones for inefficiencies and leaks. They will check your timer settings to make sure it's running on an optimal setting for maximum efficiency. Heads will get checked for overspray across driveways or sidewalks and clogged nozzles. The technician will identify necessary repairs and make professional recommendations to save water and improve the health of your landscape.

Traditional timers require manual programming tied to a fixed schedule. They run the program regardless of weather conditions. Whether or not it rained overnight the night before or if the ground is already saturated. A smart controller adapts the programming based on local weather conditions. Less watering when it's cool and rainy, more when it's hot and dry. Optimized efficiency to maximize landscape health and save on watering bills.

Sprinkler systems have a lot of mechanical parts. Dozens of heads, hundreds of feet of dripline, electromechanical valves, wiring, pipes, timers, and more. There's a lot that can go wrong. A small leak or stuck valve can waste a lot of water, leaving you with a high water bill. Bad wiring can prevent the system from turning on, resulting in brown grass and dying plants. Our skilled technicians are trained to handle it all.

We'll identify and correct minor issues before they become big ones. Four visits a year, up to six zones, up to an hour of labor each time, priority scheduling when something does go wrong, and no visit fee on any call-out for as long as you are enrolled. $50 a month, or $550 for the year.

Understanding your unique requirements is our first priority. An experienced project manager will meet with you, walk the property and discuss your landscaping plan in detail. We'll discuss options for water sources, backflow prevention, equipment selection, smart controllers, planning and permitting and other site specific considerations. We can work closely with your landscaper to ensure a smooth and streamlined process.

At the time of installation we'll go over it all with you again before we get started. The zones will be laid out for optimal coverage. Heads will be spaced properly and pipes will be run to beds for drip and micro. The controller will get mounted and programmed, ready for landscaping. If inspections are needed for the water hookup, we'll coordinate that, too.

Reclaimed is cheaper per gallon and, in normal conditions, less restricted than potable drinking water. It also may operate at different pressure and have different filtration requirements. Systems built for it has strict installation requirements, need appropriate filtration and a controller programmed for a different watering schedule rather than the potable one.

With a shallow well, vertical well points are bored into the underground water bearing soil and then connected to a pump on the surface. An irrigations system hooked up to a well doesn't use utility supplied, eliminating irrigation from your water bill.

Keep in mind that wells still draw from groundwater resources. Because we all draw from the same "pool" a well is still subject to watering restrictions.
